有關一例一休的勞基法相關修法條文，於去年12月23日正式上路，勞工每 7日至少2日休息，其中2日休息的部分，1日為「例假」，另1日為「休息日」。其中若勞工在休息日加班，雇主必須依照休息日加班費的方式給予加班費。1050103
